About the Role
We are seeking an experienced operations leader to direct and optimize ramp and ground handling activities. In this role, you will champion safety, maintain rigorous quality standards, and drive operational efficiency across daily station activities.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance: Oversee station safety and environmental protocols to minimize employee injuries, equipment damage, and operational incidents.
Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day ramp activities, staff assignments, and workflow execution.
Leadership & Training: Lead daily management briefings, coach frontline teams, and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and local airport authorities.
Continuous Improvement: Uphold and elevate company safety, service, and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of dedicated airfield ramp management experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, multi-tasking, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements: Valid driver's license.
