TradeWise Staffing is hiring Traveling Foreman for a long-term commercial construction project in the Raleigh, NC area.

This is an approximately 10-month project with consistent overtime , making it a great opportunity for electricians looking for steady, long-term work.

Pay & Schedule:

• Foreman Pay: $45 to $50 per hour
• Overtime available
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts + 8 hours Saturday
• Approximately 58 hours per week
• Long-term – approximately 10 months
• PER DIEM/DAY $50-$120 depending on distance.

Foreman Electrician Responsibilities:

Foreman Electricians should be experienced commercial electricians capable of working independently and helping direct workflow within a crew.

• Oversee and participate in daily electrical installation work, including conduit installation, wire pulling, terminations, and panel installation/work.
• Work independently to plan, organize, and execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Direct and coordinate workflow among crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Read, interpret, and execute work from electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure installations meet applicable codes, project requirements, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and manpower needed for daily and weekly work activities.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company safety procedures and expectations.
• Communicate progress, issues, and field conditions clearly to project management and other team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
• OSHA 10 minimum
• MEWP Group A & B / Scissor Lift & Boom Lift certification
• Must be able to pass E-Verify
• Basic hand tools
• Basic PPE
• Ability to work approximately 58 hours per week
• Reliable transportation to jobsites in Santa Teresa
• Ability to work safely and productively from day one

Harnesses will be provided by TradeWise Staffing.

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Contract

Pay: $45.00–$50.00 per hour depending on experience

Expected Hours: Approximately 58 hours per week
