CIPP Installation Construction Technician – CDL

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $22.00–$25.50/hour, based on experience and CDL class. Candidates with enough industry experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000 for qualified CDL holders

Travel: Weekly travel required, including potential out-of-state travel

Insituform Technologies LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, is hiring CIPP Installation Construction Technicians in Fort Worth, TX. We are looking for experienced CIPP, pipeline rehabilitation, sewer rehabilitation, underground utility, and construction professionals who hold a valid Class A or Class B CDL .

This is a hands-on field position installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) to rehabilitate municipal, industrial, stormwater, and sanitary sewer pipelines.

Experienced CIPP professionals may qualify for a higher starting rate based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

As a CIPP Installation Construction Technician , you will work as part of a field crew installing cured-in-place pipe and rehabilitating underground sewer and pipeline systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Install cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for sewer, stormwater, municipal, and industrial pipeline rehabilitation projects
• Prepare CIPP liners, tubes, resin, pulling equipment, and installation materials
• Inspect and prepare D-rings, chains, pulling cables, and related equipment
• Assist with pulling and positioning CIPP liners using winches, backhoes, cranes, and other construction equipment
• Monitor gauges, dials, pumps, and other equipment during the installation and curing process
• Assist with curing resin using inflation tubes, banding boots, layflat, boiler hoses, and related equipment
• Operate construction tools and equipment as trained
• Perform jobsite setup, installation, cleanup, and restoration activities
• Follow CIPP installation procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Work in and around confined spaces while following required safety procedures
• Drive company vehicles ranging from pickup trucks to tractor-trailer equipment based on CDL qualifications
• Load, transport, unload, and maintain equipment and materials
• Work outdoors at active construction sites and around heavy equipment and moving vehicles
• Work independently when assigned while maintaining communication with the field crew and supervisor

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in CIPP, cured-in-place pipe, pipeline rehabilitation, sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or construction
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to travel weekly, including potential out-of-state travel
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to use pneumatic, battery-powered, and electric tools
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work around heavy equipment, moving vehicles, fumes, and airborne particles
• Ability to wear a respirator and body harness and work in confined-space environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous CIPP installation, pipeline or sewer rehabilitation, or construction labor or installation technician experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• OSHA certifications
• Experience operating construction equipment
• Experience with winches, cranes, backhoes, pumps, boilers, or similar equipment
